LIVESTOCK THAT HAS SEEM LOADED IN HELPS OH OTHER OFF-HIGHWAY
LOCATIONS IS PERMITTED AN AXLE LOAD LIMIT TOLERANCE OF 5 PERCENT
FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE AXLES IF THE VEHICLE HAS WITH AN AXLE SPACING

OF 8 FEET OR LESS UNDER THE EXEMPTION PROVIDED IN THIS SUBSECTION
UNTIL APRIL 30, 1991.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Dealers and Vehicle Salesmen - Auto Shows

FOR the purpose of authorizing a licensed dealer, or a licensed
vehicle salesman who is employed by the dealer, to
participate in an annual certain industry wide vehicle show
new vehicle shows under certain circumstances and
conditions; providing for certain applications; providing
for the number of shows that may be held; providing that a
buyer's order may be executed at a show and limiting the
amount of deposit; and specifying the sale activities that a
licensed dealer or licensed vehicle salesman may conduct at
a certain industry wide vehicle show.
