2898 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 759 MEDICAL EXAMINERS AND THE BOARD THAT REGULATES THE OTHER HEALTH (2) IF THE TWO BOARDS CANNOT AGREE ON A PROPOSED RULE 14.5-302. (A) TO PERFORM DELEGATED MEDICAL ACTS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF (B) TO APPLY FOR A JOB DESCRIPTION, A PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (1) SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE BOARD: (I) LISTING ALL MEDICAL ACTS TO BE DELEGATED TO (II) DESCRIBING THE SETTING IN WHICH THE (III) DESCRIBING THE SPECIALIZED TRAINING (IV) PROVIDING OTHER INFORMATION DEEMED (2) SUBMIT TO THE BOARD THE FEE SET BY THE BOARD; AND (3) COMPLY WITH ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED BY (C) THE COMMITTEE SHALL: (1) EVALUATE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PHYSICIAN (2) CONDUCT A PERSONAL INTERVIEW OF THE PHYSICIAN (3) RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD THE APPROVAL, REJECTION, (D) ON REVIEW OF THE COMMITTEE'S RECOMMENDATION, THE BOARD: (1) MAY APPROVE, MODIFY, OR DENY A REQUEST FOR |
