(D) HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS SHALL PROVIDE COVERAGE
REQUIRED UNDER ARTICLE 48A, § 490G OF THE CODE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
apply to any final divorce decree issued on or after the
effective date of this Act.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986 January 1, 1987.
