(D) (1) THE PROCEEDINGS AND DELIBERATIONS OF AN ADVISORY
COMMITTEE ARE CONFIDENTIAL AS PROVIDED IN § 14-601 OF THE HEALTH
OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE.

(2) THE ADVICE OF AN ADVISORY COMMITTEE CONCERNING A
PATIENT'S MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT SHALL BECOME PART OF THE
PATIENT'S MEDICAL RECORD AND IS CONFIDENTIAL UNDER SECTIONS 4-301
AND 4-302 OF THIS ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Retail Installment Sales Credit Grantor Closed-End Credit -

Redemption Rights

FOR the purpose of allowing a holder or credit grantor who has
previously repossessed goods or property within a certain
time after a previous repossession or under certain
circumstances from a buyer or consumer borrower under a
retail installment sales agreement or closed-end credit
agreement to require the buyer or consumer borrower to
tender full payment of the balance due in order to redeem
and take possession of the goods or property; permitting
consumer borrowers to redeem a property an unlimited number
of times under certain circumstances; and generally relating
to redemption rights of buyers and consumer borrowers.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
