SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

80.
(d) (1) In Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Charles,
FREDERICK, St. Mary's, Prince George's, and Washington counties,
the holder of a wholesale license may enter into an agreement
with the holder of a special 1 day license issued pursuant to
Section 25 of this article to deliver beer on the effective day
of the license and accept returns on the same day of delivery.
(2) The parties shall agree upon the type of
equipment, services, personnel, and supplies that shall be
required for the dispensing of draft beer.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County - Property Tax Payment Deferral -
Moderate Income, Multifamily Rental Housing Facilities

FOR the purpose of authorizing the governing body of Montgomery
County, by law, to grant a payment deferral of county
property tax on certain moderate income, multifamily rental
housing property; providing that certain terms, conditions,
definitions, and procedures of the payment deferral shall be
specified; providing for the continuation of the payment
deferral under certain circumstances; providing for the time
that the deferred property tax is due; providing for a lien
against property for deferred taxes; providing for the
retroactive effect upon and application of this Act; making
this Act an emergency measure; and generally relating to a
payment deferral of Montgomery County property taxes for
