(p)](1) "Subdivision" means any division of a tract or
parcel of land into at least 2 lots, for the purpose of sale or
building development.

(2) "Subdivision" includes any change in street lines
or lot lines.

(3) "Subdivision" does not include any division of
land into parcels of more than 3 acres, if the division:

(i) is for agricultural purposes; and

(ii) Does not involve any new street or

easement of access.

[(q)](O)(1) "Water supply system" means a publicly or
privately owned or operated:

(i) Source and the surrounding area from which
water is supplied for drinking or domestic purposes; and

(ii) Structure, channel, or appurtenance used
or intended to be used to prepare water for use or to deliver
water to be a consumer.

(2) "Water supply system" does not include the

plumbing system inside any building that is served by the water
supply system.

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Razor Clams

FOR the purpose of redefining soft clams soft-shell clams to
include certain species of razor clams; requiring the
Department of Natural Resources to establish for certain
purposes; establishing certain limits on the number of
bushels of razor clams that may be taken; providing that
certain razor clams may be taken under certain circumstances
and authorizing the Department to restrict the taking of
razor clams, to certain areas; and providing a certain
termination date for the provisions of this Act.
