AN ACT concerning

Wildlife Advisory Commission - Membership

FOR the purpose of altering the membership, qualifications, and
terms of office for members of the Wildlife Advisory
Commission in the Department of Natural Resources; providing
for staggered terms; and generally relating to the
membership of the Wildlife Advisory Commission.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(b) The following advisory commissions are included as
units within the Department:

(1)  Advisory Committee on Archeology;

(2)  Chesapeake Bay and Coastal Zone Advisory
Commission;

(3)  Tidal Fisheries Advisory Commission;

(4)  Forest and Park Advisory Commission;

(5)  Sport Fisheries Advisory Commission;

(6)  Water Resources Advisory Commission; and

(7)  Wildlife Advisory Commission.
