SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

CHAPTER 696

(Senate Bill 915)

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Two-Stage Vehicles

FOR the purpose of requiring that certain descriptions on a
certificate of origin, an application for a certificate of
title, and a certificate of title for a two-stage vehicle
include the models and years of the first stage and second
stage; requiring a vehicle dealer to include a certain
notice of the model and the year of the first stage and
second stage of a two-stage vehicle in a contract of sale
under certain circumstances a certain description on an
application for a certificate of title for a two-stage
vehicle include the make and year of the first stage and the
make, model, and year of the second stage; requiring a
vehicle dealer to include a certain notice in a contract of
sale for a certain two-stage vehicle; and generally relating
to requirements for specific documents relating to a
two-stage vehicle.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
