(Senate Bill 910)

AN ACT concerning

Personal Medical Records - Disposition

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a physician or dentist from
destroying the destruction of certain medical records of the
patient unless certain individuals are notified;
establishing a procedure for notice; establishing that
retrieval must occur within a certain time period before the
proposed destruction; establishing certain requirements for
the administrators of the estates of certain sole
practitioners; and generally relating to personal medical
records.

OPTOMETRIST, OR DENTIST WHO WAS A SOLE PRACTITIONER, THE
