SHALL ALSO INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE PARTICIPANT OFFICIAL OR
EMPLOYEE AND THE AMOUNT, IN ADDITION TO THE DATE, LOCATION, AND
TOTAL EXPENSE OF THE MEETING;
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Amusement Park Safety - Amusement-Rides Ski Lifts
FOR the purpose of excluding chair lifts, rope tows, t bars, j
bars, and other devices used to transport skiers uphill from
the definition of amusement ride in order that those devices
not be subject to certain insurance requirements relating to
amusement rides; and generally relating to amusement park
safety; defining a certain term; establishing certain
insurance requirements for ski lifts; and generally relating
to insurance for ski lifts.
