10-619.
Stationary blinds or blind sites may not be erected,
maintained or licensed in the following waters:
(1) Baltimore County: Middle River and its tributaries and
westerly or towards shore from a straight line drawn from the tip
of Wilson Point in a southwesterly direction to the northwest
corner of Cape May beach AND BACK RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES WEST
OF THE EASTERN AVENUE BRIDGE;
(2) Dorchester County: In Brannock Bay and Trippe's Bay out
and beyond a line drawn from Mills Point in a northeastwardly
direction to the southeast corner of what is known as the Great
Flats and from there to what is known as Weir Point or Orchard
Marsh; Todd's Bay; and out and beyond a line drawn 300 yards
northeast of Todd's Point and running south-southeast to a point
at the mouth of Chapel Creek known as Mitchell's Point;
(3) Kent County: Turners Creek and Chester River and its
tributaries within the county jurisdiction, except in those
waters lying between Durding's Creek and Deep Point, or between
the property line of Wickliffe Farm and Cedar Point Farm near the
point known as Pine Tree Cove and Graveyard Point on Spencer Hall
Farm on Eastern Neck Island, and the Chesapeake Bay within the
county jurisdiction between the north end of Wilson's Point on
Trumpington Farm and the mouth of the Chester River.
(4) Queen Anne's County: Prospect Bay, and in the waters of
the Chesapeake Bay adjacent to Poplar Island.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
