(I) A bona fide C.O.D. transaction or a layaway
agreement as defined in § 14-1101(g) of the Commercial Law
Article; OR

(II) A LEASE FOR INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, OR
AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Transient or Temporary Vendors - Licensure

FOR the purpose of requiring transient or temporary vendors to be
licensed in Carroll County; establishing a procedure for the
application for this license; excepting certain vendors from
the provisions of this Act; establishing a fee schedule for
and time limitation on the duration of the license;
establishing a criminal provision and penalty for the
failure to obtain a license as required under this section;
making a stylistic correction; altering certain provisions
relating to transient or temporary vendors licenses in
Washington County; and generally relating to the licensure
and regulation of transient or temporary vendors in Carroll
County.
