(4)  Has a seat that is straddled by the driver; and

(5)  Except for a windshield or windscreen, does not
have any enclosure or provision for an enclosure for the driver
or any passenger.

11-136.1.

"Multipurpose passenger vehicle" means a motor vehicle that:

(1) Is designed primarily for carrying persons which
is constructed on a truck chassis or with special features for
occasional off road operations; OR

(2) [Has 3 wheels; or

(3)] Is of a unique design that does not clearly meet
the requirements of any other class, as determined by the
Administrator.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
