AN ACT concerning
Criminal Law Physicians - Reporting Burn Treatment
FOR the purpose of requiring certain persons who treat are
primarily responsible for the treatment of individuals for
certain burn injuries to notify a specified official about
the treatment; specifying certain information which must be
reported; requiring that a certain investigation report be
sent to the State Fire Marshal's Office under certain
circumstances; providing for a penalty for noncompliance;
and generally relating to required reports of burn
treatments.
