(e)  (1) A disabled person's parking permit shall be issued
in the form of a windshield placard of a size and design as
determined by the Administration.

(2) The placard shall contain the following
information:

(i) The permit number;

(ii) The name and signature of the issuing
authority;

(iii) The designation "Disabled Person's
Parking Permit" displayed within the international wheelchair
symbol;

(iv) The date of expiration; and

(v) Any other pertinent information the
Administration requires.

(f)  When displayed by the person to whom it is issued, the
placard shall be placed inside the vehicle in a position that it
can be viewed from the outside through the lower right-hand
portion of the windshield. When displayed, this person is
accorded the privileges contained in § 13-616(f) of this
subtitle.

[(g) A permit issued under this section is for the
exclusive and personal use of the person to whom it is issued,
and it may not be used by any other person.]

(G) WHEN USING THE PARKING PRIVILEGES GRANTED UNDER §
13-616(F) OF THIS SUBTITLE:

(1)  THE PERSON SHALL HAVE IN THE PERSON'S POSSESSION
THE APPLICATION FOR THE DISABLED PERSON'S PARKING PERMIT THAT IS
APPROVED BY THE ADMINISTRATION; AND

(2)  THE PERSON SHALL MAKE THE APPLICATION FOR THE
DISABLED PERSON'S PARKING PERMIT AVAILABLE UPON THE REQUEST OF A
POLICE OFFICER, WHILE THE OFFICER IS DISCHARGING THE OFFICIAL
DUTIES OF A POLICE OFFICER.

(h) (1) A person may not commit any fraud or make any
misrepresentation in applying for or using a disabled person's
parking permit.

(2) A PERSON WHO OPERATES A MOTOR VEHICLE DISPLAYING
A DISABLED PERSON'S PARKING PERMIT MAY NOT USE THE PRIVILEGES
GRANTED UNDER THIS SECTION, UNLESS THE PERSON IS:

(I) A DISABLED PERSON WHO MEETS THE
REQUIREMENTS OF § 13-616(A)(1) OF THIS SUBTITLE; OR
