enacted by [St. Mary's County pursuant to Article 25, § 10-I of
the Code, for which a civil penalty is provided] A COUNTY WITHOUT
HOME RULE, UNDER AUTHORITY GRANTED UNDER ARTICLE 25 OF THE CODE,
FOR WHICH A CIVIL PENALTY IS PROVIDED; or

(viii) A civil infraction [relating to the St.
Mary's County Metropolitan Commission, as provided in § 113-21(b)
of the Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County] THAT IS AUTHORIZED
BY LAW TO BE PROSECUTED BY A SANITARY COMMISSION; and

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Kent County - County Commissioners -
Annual Publication of County Expenses

FOR the purpose of altering the county expenses publication
requirements to permit the County Commissioners of Kent
County to annually publish a summary statement of county
expenses; and requiring an itemized statement of Kent County
expenses to be available for public examination.
