FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE OR REGULATORY INITIATIVES; AND

(5)  POTENTIAL OPTIONS TO EVALUATE ACID DEPOSITION AND
ITS POTENTIAL ADVERSE EFFECTS IN THE STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Oil Disaster Containment, Clean-Up and Contingency
Fund - Fee Schedule

FOR the purpose of altering the procedure by which fees are
assessed to support the Oil Disaster Containment, Clean-Up
and Contingency Fund; requiring persons who transfer oil to
obtain a license and pay a certain fee; altering the maximum
limit of the Fund; altering the amount of fees that may be
collected in any one year; altering certain penalties;
requiring the Department of Natural Resources to provide
certain legislative committees of the Maryland General
Assembly with a certain report by a specified date each
year; and generally relating to the Oil Disaster
Containment, Clean-Up and Contingency Fund.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
