AN ACT concerning
Cecil County - State's Attorney - Salary
and Expenses
FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the State's Attorney
for Cecil County; providing that this Act does not affect
the incumbent; specifying that the expense allowance of the
State's Attorney for Cecil County shall be provided in the
Cecil County budget; authorizing the State's Attorney to
appoint a certain number of deputy State's attorneys and
certain assistant State's attorneys; specifying that the
salary of a certain deputy and certain assistant State's
attorneys shall be provided for in the Cecil County budget;
authorizing the State's Attorney to appoint certain
personnel whose salaries shall be provided in the Cecil
County budget; specifying that all employees of a certain
office serve at the pleasure of the State's Attorney;
specifying that the State's Attorney, deputy State's
attorney, and assistant State's attorneys of a certain
office shall be entitled to certain benefits; authorizing a
certain amount as an allowance for certain work subject to
the approval of a certain judge; and generally relating to
the office of the Cecil County State's Attorney.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
