Section l-30(c)

Article 8 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

(1970 Edition and June, 1985 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 8 - Cecil County

1-30.

(c) The deputy treasurer shall receive such annual salary
as shall be prescribed by the county commissioners, but not less
than two thousand seven hundred dollars, to be paid [in equal
monthly installments] ONCE EVERY 2 WEEKS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

(Senate Bill 449)

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Tax Sales - Rate of Redemption

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of Cecil
County to fix the rate of redemption applicable to tax sales
in Cecil County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Tax - Property
Section 14-820(b)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1986 Volume)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Tax - Property

14-820.

(b) The rate of redemption is 6% a year except:
