AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Master Electrician's License

FOR the purpose of revising the Washington County Codes

pertaining to the Master Electrician's license; altering the
membership and compensation of the members of the Washington
County Board of Examiners and Supervisors; altering the
qualifications for a license; altering the fee to be paid
the members of the Board of Arbitration; altering the fees
for a license; altering the procedures for renewing a
license, inactive status, and reactivating a license;
permitting a certain alternative to the bond requirement for
an individual holding an active State master electrical
license; altering the penalties for violation of the
licensing requirements; clarifying that a license or license
renewal does not permit an unlicensed entity to obtain a
permit or to perform electrical work under the authority of
a certain licensee; and generally relating to Master
Electrician's license in Washington County.
