SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the State Fire,

Rescue, and Ambulance Fund shall be administered beginning in
Fiscal Year 1986 consistent with the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

shall take effect July June 1, 1986.

Prescription Drug Abuse - Signature of

Prescriber Required

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from dispensing any drug

on a prescription form unless the signature of the
prescriber is on the form; providing an exception for oral
prescription orders; prohibiting the use of rubber stamps
for certain purposes; and generally relating to signatures
of certain prescribers of a drug on a prescription form.
