AN ACT concerning

Consumer Protection - Video Club Memberships

FOR the purpose of requiring an agreement or contract for

membership in a video club, that requires a member to leave
a signed credit card authorization with the video club, to
include certain provisions regarding the manner in which the
video club may charge certain fees to the member's credit
card; making a violation of this Act an unfair or deceptive
trade practice; defining certain terms; and generally
relating to video club memberships.
