1984 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 556 Baltimore County to the sale of alcoholic beverages, not (B) (1) THE BALTIMORE COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS (2) THE WS PERMIT AUTHORIZES THE CONSUMPTION OF WINE (I) ON CLASS B LICENSED PREMISES WITH THE (II) ON PREMISES WITHOUT A PERMANENT ALCOHOLIC (3) THE PERMIT HOLDER MAY NOT SERVE MORE THAN 2 (4) THE BONA FIDE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION: (I) SHALL APPLY FOR A WS PERMIT AT LEAST 15 (II) MAY NOT BE ISSUED MORE THAN 12 WS PERMITS (5) THE PERMIT FEE IS $15 PER DAY. (6) THE WS PERMIT HOLDER IS AUTHORIZED TO BRING WINE ON TO CLASS B LICENSED PREMISES FOR SAMPLING OR TASTING PURPOSES (C) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION ARE NOT RESTRICTED BY SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 1, 1986. CHAPTER 556 (House Bill 1270) Creation of a State Debt - Penn-Mar Organization, Inc.
