AN ACT concerning

Prince George's and Montgomery Counties County - Zoning Hearings

PG/MC 40-86

FOR the purpose of prohibiting requiring a zoning hearing

examiner in Prince George's and Montgomery counties County,
under certain circumstances, a zoning hearing examiner or
district council from commencing to continue a hearing until
a certain time after the filing of a technical staff report
by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission; and relating generally to hearings on
applications for zoning map amendments in Prince George's
and Montgomery counties County.
