HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1939 CHAPTER 532 Prince George's County - Property Tax Credit - Prince George's County Parks and Recreation Foundation PG 408-86 FOR the purpose of authorizing the governing body of Prince George's County to grant, by law, a credit against the BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Tax - Property SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Tax - Property 9-318. (c) The governing body of Prince George's County may grant, (1) property that is owned by the Chapel Hill (2) property that is: (i) owned by the Clinton Boys and Girls Club; and recreation.
