SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

10-612.1.

THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS AND MAKE
AGREEMENTS, WHERE POSSIBLE, WITH COUNTIES IN THE STATE AND THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO LOCATE AND PLACE BLIND SITES IN PUBLIC
WATERS THAT ARE ADJACENT TO LANDS OWNED BY THE COUNTY OR THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Insurance - Agents - Continuing Education

the purpose of providing that the Insurance Commissioner
shall require certain continuing education as a condition of
a renewal certificate for insurance agents; providing for
the waiver of this requirement under certain circumstances;
providing for rules and regulations; providing requirements
as to the amount and kind of education; directing the

Commissioner to adopt necessary regulations; providing a

delayed effective date; providing for the termination of

this Act; and generally relating to continuing education
requirements for insurance agents.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
