of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of

AN ACT concerning

Health Care Facilities -
Staff of Hospitals or Related Institutions

FOR the purpose of requiring a hospital or related institution to

include in its bylaws, rules, or regulations, provisions for
use of facilities by and staff privileges for qualified
dentists; permitting a hospital or related institution to
restrict staff privileges to certain dentists; and generally
relating to staff privileges for dentists in hospitals and
related institutions.
