7-DAY CLASS C BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE MAY AGREE WITH THE
HOLDER OF A WHOLESALE LICENSE TO DELIVER BEER AND WINE ON THE
EFFECTIVE DAYS OF THE LICENSE AND ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE SAME DAY
OF DELIVERY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Dealers - Emissions Equipment -

Prohibition

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a vehicle dealer from selling or

offering for sale certain vehicles on which certain

emissions equipment is removed , or altered, or otherwise
rendered inoperable; defining a certain term; and generally

relating to a prohibition on the sale or offering for sale

of certain motor vehicles.
