(i) The County Executive and County Council of
Baltimore County may not use any State funds for the purposes set
forth in Section 1(3) above unless and until the property on
which the Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. is presently
located is sold and the proceeds of the sale are spent or
dedicated for the purposes set forth in Section 1(3) above; and
(ii) The total amount of the State grant authorized
by the Act shall be $600,000 $250,000 or the difference between
the total cost of the land acquisition for and the planning,
design, construction, and equipping of the station house for the
Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. and the sale proceeds
provided for in item (i) of the subsection (5), whichever is
less.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
High Blood Pressure Commission - Expansion and Name Change
FOR the purpose of altering the name of the State High Blood
Pressure Commission to the State Commission on High Blood
Pressure and Related Cardiovascular Diseases Risk Factors;
requiring the State Commission on High Blood Pressure and
Related Cardiovascular Diseases Risk Factors to promote
educational programs and establish guidelines for the
management and treatment of cardiovascular disease risk
factors; repealing a certain requirement that the Department
of Health and Mental Hygiene include certain funding in its
annual budget; and generally relating to altering the name
and function of the State High Blood Pressure Commission to
include certain related cardiovascular disease risk factors.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 13-201, 13-202, 13-205, and 13-206 to be under the
amended subtitle "Subtitle 2. Cardiovascular
Disease Prevention Programs"
