[(b)] (F) Any person who intentionally induces[, causes,
coerces, permits, or directs] another to commit a violation of
the Maryland Vehicle Law is guilty of the violation.

(G) ANY PERSON WHO INTENTIONALLY CAUSES ANOTHER TO COMMIT
A VIOLATION OF THE MARYLAND VEHICLE LAW IS GUILTY OF THE
VIOLATION.

(H) ANY PERSON WHO INTENTIONALLY COERCES ANOTHER TO COMMIT
A VIOLATION OF THE MARYLAND VEHICLE LAW IS GUILTY OF THE
VIOLATION.

(I) ANY PERSON WHO INTENTIONALLY PERMITS ANOTHER TO COMMIT
A VIOLATION OF THE MARYLAND VEHICLE LAW IS GUILTY OF THE
VIOLATION.

(J) ANY PERSON WHO INTENTIONALLY DIRECTS ANOTHER TO COMMIT
A VIOLATION OF THE MARYLAND VEHICLE LAW IS GUILTY OF THE
VIOLATION.

26-102.

(A) A person who owns a vehicle [or who employs or
otherwise directs the driver of a vehicle] may not require or
knowingly permit the operation of the vehicle on a highway in any
manner contrary to law.

(B) A PERSON WHO EMPLOYS OR OTHERWISE DIRECTS THE DRIVER OF
A VEHICLE MAY NOT REQUIRE OR KNOWINGLY PERMIT THE OPERATION OF
THE VEHICLE ON A HIGHWAY IN ANY MANNER CONTRARY TO LAW.

26-408.

(A)  A person may not cancel [or solicit another to cancel]
a traffic citation in any manner other than as provided in this
subtitle.

(B)  A PERSON MAY NOT SOLICIT ANOTHER PERSON TO CANCEL A

TRAFFIC CITATION IN ANY MANNER OTHER THAN AS PROVIDED IN THIS
SUBTITLE.

27-101.

(c) Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of
the provisions of the following sections of this article is
subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not
more than 2 months or both:

(1)  § 12-301[(d)] (C), (D), (E), OR (F) ("Special

identification cards: Fraud and misrepresentation prohibited");

(2)  § 14-102 ("Taking vehicle without consent of
owner");

(3)  § 14-104 ("Damaging or tampering with vehicle");
