HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1789 (b) A person may not operate a bicycle unless it is (C) However, a bicycle may not be equipped with nor may any [(c)] (D) Every bicycle shall be equipped with a brake that 21-1208. (A) A person may not[: (1) Throw] THROW any object at or in the direction of [(2) Open] (B) A PERSON MAY NOT OPEN the door of any 21-1210.
