(E)  A PERSON WITHOUT LAWFUL AUTHORITY MAY NOT WILFULLY

ANY RAILROAD SIGN OR SIGNAL, INCLUDING ANY INSCRIPTION, SHIELD,
OR INSIGNIA ON IT.

(F)  A PERSON WITHOUT LAWFUL AUTHORITY MAY NOT WILFULLY
WILLFULLY TWIST ANY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE OR ANY RAILROAD SIGN
OR SIGNAL, INCLUDING ANY INSCRIPTION, SHIELD, OR INSIGNIA ON IT.

(G)  A PERSON WITHOUT LAWFUL AUTHORITY MAY NOT WILFULLY
WILLFULLY REMOVE ANY PART OF ANY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE OR ANY
RAILROAD SIGN OR SIGNAL, INCLUDING ANY INSCRIPTION, SHIELD, OR
INSIGNIA ON IT.

(A) Drivers of vehicles that are going in opposite
directions shall pass each other to the right.

If the roadway is not wide enough for more than one
traffic in each direction, each driver shall give to the
nearly as possible at least one half of the roadway.

(a)  Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, this
section governs the overtaking and passing of vehicles going in
the same direction.

(b)  The driver of a vehicle overtaking another vehicle that
is going in the same direction[:

(1) Shall] SHALL pass to the left of the overtaken
vehicle at a safe distance[; and].

(C) THE DRIVER OF A VEHICLE OVERTAKING ANOTHER VEHICLE THAT
IS GOING IN THE SAME DIRECTION UNTIL

[(2) Until] safely clear of the overtaken vehicle,
may not drive any part of his vehicle directly in front of the
overtaken vehicle.

[(c)] (D) Except when overtaking and passing on the right
is permitted, the driver of an overtaken vehicle[:

(1) On] ON audible signal, shall give way to the
right in favor of the overtaking vehicle[; and].

(E) EXCEPT WHEN OVERTAKING AND PASSING ON THE RIGHT IS
PERMITTED, THE DRIVER OF AN OVERTAKEN VEHICLE, UNTIL

[(2) Until] completely passed by the overtaking
vehicle, may not increase the speed of his vehicle.
