(B)  IF THE TYPE OF BODY OF ANY VEHICLE IS CHANGED FROM THAT
SET FORTH IN THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE FOR THE VEHICLE, THE OWNER
OF THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY SHALL APPLY FOR A CORRECTED
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE ON THE FORM THAT THE ADMINISTRATION
REQUIRES.

(C)  On receipt of the application, the Administration shall

issue a corrected certificate of title without charge.

13-118.

(A)  If the name of any individual who has applied for or
obtained a certificate of title is later changed by marriage or
by court order, or if the name of any other person who has
applied for or obtained a certificate of title is later changed

as provided by law, the person shall, within 30 days of the
change, notify the Administration of the former name and the new
name [and apply for a corrected certificate of title] on the form

that the Administration requires.

(B)  IF THE NAME OF ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS APPLIED FOR OR

OBTAINED A CERTIFICATE OF TITLE IS LATER CHANGED BY MARRIAGE OR
COURT ORDER, OR IF THE NAME OF ANY OTHER PERSON WHO HAS APPLIED
FOR OR OBTAINED A CERTIFICATE OF TITLE IS LATER CHANGED AS
PROVIDED BY LAW, THE PERSON SHALL, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CHANGE,
APPLY FOR A CORRECTED CERTIFICATE OF TITLE ON THE FORM THAT THE
ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES.

(C)  On receipt of the application, the Administration shall
issue a corrected certificate of title without charge.

13-203.

(a)  If an owner creates a security interest in a vehicle,
the provisions of this section apply.

(b)  The owner immediately shall[:

(1) Execute] EXECUTE the application in the space
provided for this purpose on the certificate of title or on the
separate form that the Administration otherwise requires, naming
the secured party on the certificate of title and showing the
name and address of the secured party, the amount of the security
interest, and the date of his security agreement[; and].

[(2) Deliver] (C) THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY SHALL

DELIVER the certificate of title and application to the
Administration.

[(c)] (D) (1) At the time of delivery of the documents
required by this section to the Administration, the secured party
shall pay to the Administration the same filing fee as is
required for perfection of the security interest under § 13-202
of this subtitle.
