BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Transportation (a) It is the policy of this State that bicycle trails are (b) To establish and maintain footpaths, bridle paths or m (1) Baltimore City, any county, or any municipality of its net share for these purposes; and (2) The Administration, Baltimore City, any county, (c) Highway user revenues may not be used for footpaths, (1) Their establishment would be contrary to public (2) Their cost would be too great considering their
