LESSEE WHO IS FARMING THE PROPERTY FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
DESTROYED OR DAMAGED BY THE DEPARTMENT'S AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR
CONTRACTORS, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER
DAMAGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF ENTRY ONTO PRIVATE
PROPERTY.

7-515.

(d) In lieu of § 7-505(B)(2)(III) AND Section 7-505(d) of
this subtitle, the Department may issue permits under this
section, without public hearing, upon a written finding that the
proposed operation will be conducted in a manner consistent with
the environmental and public safety objectives of this subtitle.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1986.

CHAPTER 462

(House Bill 563)

AN ACT concerning

Unattended Children

FOR the purpose of altering certain provisions of law relating to

unattended children to provide that a person in the State
may not leave a child under a certain age unattended in
certain situations except if the person provides a reliable

person of at least a certain age to remain with the child;
providing a penalty for violation of the provisions;

repealing inconsistent provisions; and generally relating to
unattended children in this State.
