HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1605 CHAPTER 436 (House Bill 312) AN ACT concerning Unemployment Insurance - Work Sharing Unemployment Insurance Program FOR the purpose of repealing the termination date for the work sharing unemployment insurance program; altering certain by the Secretary of Employment and Training; providing that hours for which holiday or vacation pay is received shall be counted as hours worked;
year; BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 95A - Unemployment Insurance Law Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 24. Article 95A - Unemployment Insurance Law (a) In this section, the following terms have the meanings (1) "Affected unit" means a specified plant, (2) "Affected employee" means an individual continuously on the payroll of the affected unit for the 3 months immediately preceding the submission by the employer of the work |
