AN ACT concerning

State Boat Act - Towing on Water Skis -

Personal Flotation Devices

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from being towed on water

skis on the waters of the State unless the person uses a
certain personal flotation device in a certain manner;

making a violation of this Act subject to a certain penalty;

and generally relating to a person being towed on water skis
on the waters of the State requiring a person who is not in
a vessel and is being towed behind a vessel to wear a
certain flotation device; making a certain exception;
defining a term; clarifying language; providing for the
scope of this Act; and generally relating to a person in the
waters of the State being towed behind a vessel.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
