1.  LIGHT WINE TO BE SERVED IN A QUANTITY
OF NOT MORE THAN 1 OUNCE FROM EACH GIVEN BRAND TO ANY ONE PERSON;
AND

2.  BEER TO BE SERVED IN A QUANTITY OF NOT
MORE THAN 3 OUNCES FROM EACH GIVEN BRAND TO ANY ONE PERSON.

(2) In the City of Annapolis, the mayor and city
council may approve the issuance of a [WT] BWT license. The cost
of the license is set by the mayor and city council.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That upon this Act

taking effect, the holder of a wine tasting (WT) license in Anne
Arundel County shall surrender the license to the Anne Arundel
County Board of License Commissioners or the Mayor and City
Council of Annapolis, depending on the issuing authority, and in

substitution thereof shall be issued, a Class BWT beer and wine
tasting license, provided all fees are paid.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt - Glendale Bridge

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in

the amount of $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant
to the Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County for
the purpose of the planning, design, and construction of a
replacement bridge for the Glendale Bridge over Deep Creek
Lake, including the costs of land acquisition and utility
relocation associated with the Glendale Bridge project,
subject to the requirement that the Board of County
Commissioners of Garrett County provide at least an equal
and matching fund for the same purpose by a certain date;
and providing generally for the issue and sale of bonds
evidencing the loan.
