take effect June 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Revised Articles - Corrective Bill
FOR
the purpose of making corrections in various revised
articles, including deleting a duplicate subsection and
renumbering, correcting cross-references, conforming
language as to actions against a school board employee, as
to references to divorces to conform to terminology used in
the Family Law Article, and to the name of a licensing
board; clarifying the definition of "advisory function" ;
deleting surplusage; making grammatical corrections and
stylistic changes; and providing that this Act is not
intended to affect any law other than to correct technical
errors.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

(6) The Institute of Notre Dame shall grant and convey a
perpetual preservation easement on the exterior and interior of
the structures, where appropriate, and on the land to the
Maryland Historical Trust, in form and substance acceptable to
the Trust.
(7) No portion of the proceeds of the loan or any of the
matching funds may be used for the furtherance of sectarian
religious instruction, or in connection with the design,
acquisition, or construction of any building used or to be used
as a place of sectarian religious worship or instruction, or in
connection with any program or department of divinity for any
religious denomination. Upon the request of the Board of Public
Works, the Institute of Notre Dame, Inc. shall submit evidence
satisfactory to the Board that none of the proceeds of this loan
or matching funds have been or are being used for a purpose
prohibited by this Act.
