AN ACT concerning

Treasurer - Local Government Investment Pool

FOR the purpose of allowing the Treasurer to authorize Clerks of
Court, Registers of Wills, and other State agencies to
deposit funds in the local government investment pool under
certain circumstances.

Treasurer - Investments

FOR the purpose of allowing the Treasurer to authorize Clerks of
Court, Registers of Wills, and other State agencies to
deposit certain funds in the local government investment
pool under certain circumstances; authorizing the Treasurer
to invest certain State funds bond sale proceeds in bonds,
notes, or other obligations of a certain grade issued by or
on behalf of this or any other state or any agency,
department, county, municipal or public corporation, special
district, authority, or political subdivision thereof,
either directly or through certain funds or trusts; making
this Act an emergency measure; and generally relating to the
investment of State funds.
