(iii) Filed within 30 days after the effective
date of the rule.

(d) (1) Each rule adopted under this section shall state
that the rule was adopted under the provisions of this section.

(2)  A rule may not be adopted under this section
after July l, 1984 if the rule is inconsistent with the
condominium declaration or bylaws.

(3)  This section does not apply to rules adopted
before July 1, 1984.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Members Only Instant Bingo

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Sheriff of Harford County to

issue a license to certain organizations to conduct games of
members only instant bingo limited to members and guests of

the organization; limiting the prizes to be awarded for
games of members only instant bingo; requiring a certain

license fee; specifying the period of time that the license
is valid; limiting the number of licenses the Sheriff may
issue to an organization; applying specific conditions for
instant bingo licenses to members only instant bingo
licenses; including members only instant bingo games in the
enforcement provisions of law; defining certain terms; and
generally relating to instant bingo games in Harford County.
