(a) (2) (i) An issue of the Register, devoted in whole or
in part to procurement, shall be published each week and contain
every document:

1.  required or, if the procurement agency
as defined in [§ ll-l0l(aa)] § 11-101(1) of the State Finance
and Procurement Article requests publication, permitted to be
published by that article; and

2.  filed with the Division prior to the
closing date and time of the Register.

(ii) The closing date for any procurement
document may not be more than 5 working days before the issue.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an erroneous cross-reference
in § 7-210(a)(2) of the State Government Article.

The erroneous cross-reference was contained in Ch. 321
of the Acts of the Regular Session of the General
Assembly of 1985.

The erroneous cross-reference was noted by the State

(d) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1993, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:

(8) the Office for Handicapped Individuals ([§
9-1002] § 9-1102 of the State Government Article);
