(D) THE PERSON WHO INSPECTS A PUBLIC SCHOOL UNDER THIS
SECTION:

(1) SHALL NOTE CEILING AND FLOOR TILES ON A DIAGRAM;

BUT

(2) IS NOT REQUIRED TO TEST THE CEILING OR FLOOR
TILES UNLESS THE CEILING OR FLOOR TILES ARE DISTURBED.

(E) (D) (1) A COUNTY BOARD SHALL KEEP A COPY OF EACH
INSPECTION REPORT OF A PUBLIC SCHOOL IN THE COUNTY.

(2) EACH PUBLIC SCHOOL SHALL KEEP FOR REVIEW DURING
REGULAR SCHOOL HOURS UPON REQUEST BY ANY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC
A
COPY OF THE INSPECTION REPORT AT THE PUBLIC SCHOOL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Historic Motor Vehicle - Definition

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of "historic motor
vehicle" to include certain vehicles that are commonly
referred to as "street rods" and that meet certain
requirements; altering a definition of the term "historic
motor vehicle" to exclude certain remanufactured or
reconstructed vehicle replicas; and generally relating to
the definition of "historic motor vehicle" for the purpose
of a certain special vehicle registration.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
