section of this Division II of this article or of any other law
of this State, procurement of the supplies shall be made in
accordance with the other provisions of law.

(2) If suitable supplies or services are not
available for procurement from any department or agency of the
State under the provisions of paragraph (1) of this subsection,
the pricing and selection committee shall determine whether the
supplies or services are available for procurement from an
eligible sheltered workshop.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

Property Tax - Country Clubs - Assessment Agreements

FOR the purpose of repealing a certain exceptions exception to a
prohibition against discrimination by country clubs in order
to prevent country clubs that operate in certain ways with
regard to members of a particular sex from making certain
assessment agreements and from receiving certain property
tax benefits.
