(C) ANY PERSON WHO COMMITS ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OFFENSES IS
GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE
NOT EXCEEDING $1,000 OR IMPRISONMENT FOR NOT MORE THAN 3 YEARS,
OR BOTH.;
(1) DELIVERY OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, ANY
CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE. OR OTHER CONTRABAND NOT
SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED IN SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION TO ANY
PRISONER OR INMATE DETAINED OR CONFINED IN A CORRECTIONAL
FACILITY; OR
(2) PROCUREMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF DELIVERY TO ANY
PRISONER OR INMATE DETAINED OR CONFINED IN A CORRECTIONAL
FACILITY, OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE OR ANY OTHER CONTRABAND NOT
SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED IN SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION; OR
(3) (2) POSSESSION, WITH INTENT TO DELIVER TO ANY
PRISONER OR INMATE DETAINED OR CONFINED IN A CORRECTIONAL
FACILITY, OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, ANY CONTROLLED DANGEROUS
SUBSTANCE, OR ANY OTHER CONTRABAND NOT SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED IN
SUBSECTION (B).
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Pensions and Retirement - Transfers of Members -
Service Credit
FOR the purpose of permitting members who transfer from certain
retirement or pension systems to a different type of
retirement or pension system after a certain date to be
eligible to receive certain service credit; altering a
certain time requirement for these newly included
transferring members to permit them to make a certain claim
within a certain time; and generally relating to the
retroactive inclusion of certain retirement or pension
system members in the transfer of certain service credit
entitlement provisions.
