The erroneous internal reference was noted by the
Michie Company.

Article - Health - General

5-604.

(a) Subject to the provisions of [paragraphs] SUBSECTIONS
(b) and (c) of this section and if the declarant is unable to
give directions regarding the use of life-sustaining procedures,
the attending physician of a declarant in a terminal condition
shall promptly:

(1)  Take the actions necessary to provide for the
certification required for the declarant to become a qualified
patient; and

(2)  Upon certification, implement the declaration.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a stylistic error in an
internal reference in § 5-604(a) of the Health
General Article.

The stylistic error occurred in Ch. 620 of the Acts of
the Regular Session of the General Assembly of 1985.

The stylistic error was noted by the Michie Company.

8-404.

(b)  (2) The Department shall:

(i) Review and, in accordance with [regulation]
REGULATIONS that the Department shall adopt, approve or
disapprove each program that a public or private agency wants to
offer under Article 27, § 639(b) or § 641(a)(1)(ii) of the Code;

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a typographical error in §
8-404(b)(2)(i) of the Health - General Article.

The typographical error occurred in Ch. 244 of the
Acts of the Regular Session of the General Assembly of
1985.

The typographical error was noted by the Michie
Company.

(c)  (1) At the direction of the responsible official, any
individual who has been admitted under this title shall be
released conditionally from a State facility within 2 weeks after
