(2) RECEIPT BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ALL INFORMATION
NECESSARY FOR THE DEPARTMENT TO ACT ON THE APPLICATION . .
(2) (II) PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE REQUIRED UNDER
SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION; OR
(3) (III) CONCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.
(2) IF A PUBLIC HEARING IS HELD UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS SECTION, AND IF NO INFORMATION IS PRESENTED THAT WOULD
AFFECT THE ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT, AND IF THE DEPARTMENT HAS NO
OTHER BASIS FOR DENYING THE PERMIT. THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ISSUE
THE PERMIT WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER CONCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC
HEARING.
(F) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO ANY
PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CONTROL EQUIPMENT ON AN EXISTING SOURCE.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
State Inheritance Tax - Payment - Extension of Time
FOR the purpose of authorizing the State Comptroller to grant
certain alternative payment schedules for the State
inheritance tax under certain circumstances to avoid the
forced sale of a small business; requiring certain
procedures and guidelines to be specified in a certain
manner; requiring the Comptroller to give certain notice to
the appropriate register of wills under certain
circumstances; providing for the appeal of a denial of
alternative payment of the tax; providing for a certain lien
attachment in a certain amount for a certain period of time;
providing for the accrual of interest in a certain amount;
requiring the Comptroller to adopt certain regulations and
procedures; defining a certain term; and generally relating
to an extension of time for the payment of the State
inheritance tax in order to avoid the forced sale of a small
business.
