1984 being hereby modified to the extent that
work may begin upon satisfactory assurances
to the Board of Public Works that the project
can be completed with the aggregate of the
funds herein and heretofore appropriated for

this purpose (Baltimore City)..................... 500,000

(d)  Abate asbestos hazards in various State

facilities (Statewide)............................ 2,000,000

(e) To provide a grant to Historic Annapolis,
Inc. for planning and design of a museum,
