(C) THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTIONS (A) AND (B) OF THIS
SECTION MAY NOT PRECLUDE THE AUTHORITY FROM CONSIDERING THE FULL
RANGE OF ALTERNATIVES IN SELECTING A SITE FOR A MAJOR SPORTS
FACILITY IN THE BALTIMORE AREA, INCLUDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
NEW FACILITY AND THE REHABILITATION OF THE MEMORIAL STADIUM
FACILITY.

(C) (D) IN THE ANNUAL REPORT REQUIRED UNDER § 13-719 OF
THIS SUBTITLE, THE AUTHORITY SHALL INCLUDE INFORMATION ON:

(1) ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS THAT OCCURRED AT MEMORIAL
STADIUM DURING THE PREVIOUS YEAR;

(2) EFFORTS TO SOLICIT EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR
MEMORIAL STADIUM; AND

(3) PLANS AND GOALS FOR EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES AT
MEMORIAL STADIUM DURING THE COMING YEAR.

ACT.

Article - State Finance and Procurement

(a) (2) "Department" means the University of Maryland, the
Departments of General Services and Transportation, the Maryland
Food Authority, THE MARYLAND SPORTS STADIUM AUTHORITY, or the
Interagency Committee on Public School Construction, or, for
procurements specified under Title 3, Subtitle 4 of the State
Finance and Procurement Article, the Department of Budget and
Fiscal Planning.
