Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 33 - Election Code

2-3.

(a) Each member of the boards of the several political
subdivisions of the State shall receive an annual salary of not
less than the following amounts:

(6) Caroline County: President $1,250; associate

members $1,000 each[; and reimbursement for expenses as

provided by the [ State Standard Travel Regulations] COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
